Regency has by far been the best place I have worked. The leadership here are invested in their staff and their development. I would highly recommend Regency to anyone looking for a job in the health care field.
So happy my parents chose the Regency, and they are pleased as punch to be there! The staff (a special nod to Lisa) and residents have been extremely welcoming, and they both have made friends with ease. My mom was particularly anxious (terrified?) about the move and she immediately felt at home and tells me often how happy she is to be there. It is such a relief to have them in a safe, friendly, and fun environment!
My brother recently moved into the assisted living unit at Regency New Berlin. Clean , well maintained, but most importantly, virtually all of the residents seem happy! Lisa and Nancy have been gems in the process of getting him an apartment and coordinating his medical care, respectively. Can’t thank them enough!
The girl named Madison up front is snarky and rude and very very lazy. She acts like someone bothering her while she sits around all day is a problem.
