I had a very disappointing experience at this office and with Dr. Shoshana Wind. I waited over an hour to be seen. After waiting that long, I asked the staff how much longer it would be, and they told me "about 15 minutes." While I was speaking with a nurse in the hallway, Dr. Shoshana Wind walked by and, instead of apologizing for the delay, said, "If they want to leave, that's not my problem." So professional! Efficient! Kind!
The worst service I have ever get for my baby. The nurses are the worst nurse in USA. I don't know hew the get the job here. They just want the money. They think they are working in a food store. They forgot they are working such a respected job. Doctor Frank is the best Doc.
