Office can't even return a patients phone call
I had an appointment with Dr. O'Donnell yesterday. When I arrived I was told I was seeing his PA! Not happy but continued with appt. This guy gave me a feeling of being rushed, couldn't even bother to smile. Maybe spreading his feathers for the very pretty student shadowing him. He gave me three scripts all of which I could not fill do to his inability to write them with all pertinent info such as milligrams and duration. Did he sleep through prescription writing 101? Having work experience in a medical office, all staff should know straight away if a particular insurance is accepted. They should also inform potential patients/customers of their protocol when considering new patients with Husky insurance. I wasted several weeks in an attempt to be seen in this office only to be told today that I could not be seen at this time.
