As a previous review stated. This organization is not looking out for the best interests of those whom which it serves and is paid to do so. Countless E-Mails sent will go without any response and phone calls are never answered. Messages are rarely acknowledged leaving those who are under their Control feeling like Victims rather than clients. Unethical business practices like those exhibited by Proguard Guardianship Services should be illegal. Many of the clients of organizations such as this are elderly and or disabled.
This company is definitely not one I would choose for my family. When you go to the office you see an extremely unorganized mess which explains why she doesn't return calls, cant find phone numbers, doesn't handle things in a timely matter. Jackie likes to be in control and certainly does not listen to the needs and desires of the client. She certainly doesn't like being challenged.
