This place used to be really fun to work. Like reallllly fun. But the incentives died and the micromanagement got stronger. I'd stay away until they cleaned house and went back to a sales environment rather than your average call floor environment.
Not a good place to work. It's all a facade. The managers do care one bit. The human resources dpt is shotty at best. The recruiting team basically sells you a job.
I have asked to be put on the do not call list many times, yet you and your other companies can not get it through your heads. If I get one more call regarding credit, credit cards, student loans etc. I will sue the daylight out of this crooked company. They should be ashamed to even exist. From the looks of other reviews I feel bad for the employee's, can't take time off or have a child or anything, what a freaking joke.
If you realize that Progrexion is a call center and that you will be contacting people regarding their credit, people should have no reason to complain. Before appyling to work here, I researched for two to three hours, so that I would understand what is being asked of me, as well as being capable of presenting myself as the informed applicant their looking for. Harassing telemarketers!! I will say they are relentless I have been ignoring their calls for at least 2 weeks but they still dont give up. If only our FCC had a backbone.
I worked here, the Idaho Falls office. I suffer from Multiple Sclerosis and a call center was my last hope at financially providing for myself. I had a doctor's note, stating that I was disabled and if I couldn't make it to work.. It was because I literally could not get out of bed. But that wasn't enough for them. And because the Operations Managers and HR new legally they couldn't fire me, they forced me to quit. They knew I was going to college, night classes.
