My Husband make sauce every Sunday and is so upset he cannot fine Progresso Puree ANYWHERE... We have tried every other brand and sauce just doesn't taste the same, it is very disappointing... WHY DID YOU STOP MAKING THE PUREE????!!!!
Why?? I have used nothing but progress crushed tomatoes for years, they even beat fresh plum tomatoes....Deva stated . My sauce has never been the same, family is so disappointed, PLEASE BRING THEM BACK!!!!!
I am so angry when I could not find my Tomatoes with Puree.I have made Salsa with these tomatoes for 15 years.No other tomatoes comes close. The taste is all wrong.BRING THEM BACK PLEASE.

I can not believe Progresso would stop making this product (Progresso Crushed and Puree Tomatoe Sauce). My sauce will NEVER be the same. How could they mess with such a great product. I was desperate for this sauce and devestated to learn it is gone. Please, Please, Please bring it back. I was ready to order a case when I couldn't find it in the stores.
I make my own spaghetti sauce, my mom's receipe and she told me long ago that progresso tomato puree is the ONLY product that you can use to make it so yummy. I am so upset and disappointed. Please please bring it back and soon.
I'm also upset to discover that Progresso has stopped making this product. I've rec'd nothing but praise also for my sauce because of it. Nothing else compares and I too have been using it for years and have been bothering the stores in our area about it! Please please bring them back Progresso!
I have been looking for months for these tomatoes and I am very upset to learn progresso is not making them anymoret I have used the crushed tomatoes with added puree for the past 25 years to make my pasta sauces and chili. My mother has used for the past 35 years. No canned crushed tomatoes even compare to these. My sauce and chili doesn't even taste the same. I have wasted money trying other brands.
