We have been looking for someone to drill a hole in our countertop & install a water filter system for months. It was VERY difficult to find anyone in the area so we are tremendously grateful that Progressive Water Solutions came to our rescue. It took only 4 days from first call to install & the install only lasted an hour. The technician was professional & the service was affordable - I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who would like fresh, clean, filtered water in their home. Thanks!
I was very dissappointed that the phone scheduler wouldn't schedule an appointment for me unless I agreed to have my husband home. He explained it was "company policy" because they had a previous technician who harrassed a customer who sued and won...so it was for "my own safety." Whether it's a paternalist and sexist policy or a sales gimmick to be able to talk to the man in the house, it's not a company I want to do business with.
We love our RainSoft system! I didn't even realize how soft my water was until I had gone to the beach recently and within 24 hours my skin was dry. Ever since we have had the RainSoft system my skin has been soft and moist. Thank you RainSoft!
Great product! And an even better team of employees... When faced with an unusual home plumbing situation in my home, they were able to send their expert in and get the system put in quickly. Dan and his team of experts were top notch. They were able to show us that we could afford the system just by cutting out the monthly bottled water from the grocery store.
