Highly recommend! Super clean and excellent care. I was so worried about being seen because I currently don’t have insurance, but Allie was so helpful in explaining cost ($130 walk-in appointment w/no tests). Dr. Ruth is very kind and I really appreciate how she listened and explained everything. Thankful to have this urgent care office in Sebastopol! So friendly and great service all around would take my young girls back .
We are new to West County, so our go to urgent cares are still the ones in Santa Rosa and Windsor. We drove around last night trying to find one, but none were accepting walk ins and it was already almost 6:30pm. I called progressive and Ally was so nice and helpful. We arrived at 7 and were taken care of, with a diagnosis and prescription, and out the door by 7:45. Thank you so much!
This is the second time, the bourse say open till 8pm on Friday, it’s 5pm, doors are shut! What is even happening here. I think they should revoke your licensure to promote services open so late when in fact you are NOT!
