Joel was very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. He was sure to be very detailed and diligent with my services. He explained to me very clearly what was going on and he was very fair. I appreciated his help and explanations. I will definitely be back to use progressive title co again.
I am a transaction coordinator. This agency never asked for commissions/transaction fee for the buyer’s agent. We caught the transaction fee but not the commission. Now, our agent is out of her commission. Worst experience ever with a title company.

The owner of the establishment provided false information regarding a title insurance exception. When asked for details about the underwriter, he responded defensively and insultingly. Just for your reference, the underwriter in question is Fidelity. I happen to be both a Broker and an Attorney and do not recommend any other Broker to utilize this company. Chicago Title Insurance is a member of the Fidelity National Title Group. And the response does not change what I stated, I would not recommend this company.
If I could give no stars, I would. As many other reviewers have already said, Joel (or Joe?) was one of the rudest, most unprofessional, impatient people I've had the displeasure of interacting with. No need to call to find out, simply look at all these reviews from other lost customers, and how, even in the comments on these reviews, he continues to justify his unjustifiable behavior and discredit all of us saying the same thing about him.
