I have had success with the our practitioner, Julia, and would recommend her to anyone. Helpful, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with.
I recommend this practice whole heartedly. I have had very good experiences with Dr Matri Patel as well as Dr Sam. I have been working with mental health professionals for over 25 years for care. Very professional, attentive, and empathetic. Always able to reach them when needed.

I can't say enough about how much I appreciate this practice. They were so kind and knew the latest treatments available for my family member who needed help. If you want to be treated like a person and not a number, this is a great practice.
We have multiple family members using Progressive Theraputics. I am very happy with my caregivers, else I would have dumped them due to front office issues. They rely heavily on a very buggy system called Azalea Health, which often fails to have the latest information about appointments. This and other problems with Progressive's communication systems led me to be charged $200 for a missed appointment that I didn't know I had. Even when I made my case and proved the problems I was having, they refused to remove the charge.
