Amazing they confirmed everything with my insurance. The surgery was robotic. Less invasive, better healing Wow. I got my statement before my insurance information. After I got the breakdown from my insurance I called and made my payment. I asked a question about another bill. They explained it was the hospital not their. I’d leave a -50 stars if possible. I’ve yet to receive a bill, however they have no problem charging my credit card without submitting it to insurance. They maxed my card out and I just received a text that they’re going to do it again. I’ve tried logging on to make a payment and I’ve called the office repeatedly. I canceled the card and will be reporting this office for fraud. Oh and let’s not forget it’s months later and I still cannot stand from a botched surgery. My father-in-law was under Dr. Lath and his team's care at Silver Cross for three months following an emergency colostomy. He quite literally saved my father-in-law's life. Dr. Lath's professionalism, expertise and no-nonsense compassion made the most traumatic family situation managable. Thanks to Dr. Lath, our family was whole for Thanksgiving and Christmas this year.
Dr R did an emergency surgery on me a couple weeks ago. She is very to the point. Its hard to get a read on her because of this. But i talked to some friends in the medical field just before surgery and even the surgical staff about her and they ALL said she is the absolute best. I have to agree she is the best, my results were great. Very little recovery time. A horrible experience all around, would never recommend to family or friends. I was told the procedure would be absolutely painless but was left in pain for weeks without any follow up measures. Doctor also treated me so poorly I left the office in tears.
