Super sad that my surgeon moved here because I loved everything about Dr. Ghee. She handled 3 of my surgeries for my breast cancer and I had a scary episode happen and called to make an appt. The office staff is horrible. Over a month out for an appointment All I wanted to do was speak with Dr. Ghee and they wouldn't give her a message to call me. 4 weeks ago I had hemorrhoid surgery with Dr Gamagami. Given the nature of the problem I was a little nervous about the exam and surgery. Dr G. Made me feel so at ease. He was very honest about the severity of the procedure and up to a 6 week recovery, but he wasn’t over dramatic. And he reassured me about all of the resources available to make it doable and a better option than doing nothing except dealing with the symptoms. I am SO GLAD I had this done. Amazing they confirmed everything with my insurance. The surgery was robotic. Less invasive, better healing Wow. I got my statement before my insurance information. After I got the breakdown from my insurance I called and made my payment. I asked a question about another bill. They explained it was the hospital not their. Still they explained how I should fix that one. Awesome start to finish. 5 star I know why friends, family and my doctor referred me to Progressive Surgical Associates! I’d leave a -50 stars if possible. I’ve yet to receive a bill, however they have no problem charging my credit card without submitting it to insurance. They maxed my card out and I just received a text that they’re going to do it again. I’ve tried logging on to make a payment and I’ve called the office repeatedly. I canceled the card and will be reporting this office for fraud. Oh and let’s not forget it’s months later and I still cannot stand from a botched surgery. Next time, I’ll go to a vet for a better outcome. But hey ... read more
