I was given a 6:30 appointment for an MRI and got to 5500 Knoll North Drive a little after 6 and no one was there. I called the number on the door, text the other number on the door and nothing. It's now 6:35 and I am standing in front of the door. Theady who works in sanitation had to tell noone is there. This is very unprofessional., especially in my case where it's an emergency. I have tried calling in 6 times now in the past 5 minutes. The receptionist picks up the phone and hangs up. I cannot get through to anybody. Highly unprofessional.
On time, excellent service and care.
I did a walk in very clean and the staff is very professional!
I been coming here many times and the receptionist its very rude .Other people nice here.
