Great place.. staff was very nice and love the weekend hours
Super happy � with my overall experience. The nurse who held my hand � was something special the way she talked to me. I was nervous � and never had this procedure done before. But she treated me with respect and gave me strength. Thanks � . What can I say about anesthesiologist he was excellent as well , he talked me through every step and explained what he was going to do. Both persons worked well with each other and made feel great. What a great team. I would certainly come back if I needed too!!
I was at the one on Milford St. actually, and it was a very relaxing experience. I would recommend my other friends to go there if they need too ☺
The staff was friendly and cheerful and that was at 640 am on a Saturday morning, The Tech that administered my MRI was kind and very professional.
Arrived at the facility and was greeted by the friendly receptionist. Filled my paperwork out and was taken back within ten minutes after it was completed. The MRI tech was professional, friendly and very thorough. Patient care here was excellent and I would highly recommend this facility to others.
First time was great. Second? Not so much. Error on day/time of appointment...barely said, "Sorry"...went back next day and they had taken the appointment after mine b/c he/she was there earlier. OK, that was fine...until I waited and hour and 25 minutes and was told it would be another 10 to 25 minutes b/c patient was having trouble on the table. I understand, but couldn't they have given that poor person a break and quickly done my procedure (which would have taken 15 minutes)? Not even a call to invite me to come back lat... read more
Arrived, was greeted by a very nice receptionist. Had about a 20 minute wait. The radiologist who did the MRI was great, eased my daughters anxiety and explained everything that was going on. I would have to say my experience was very positive and would definitely return. Thank you to all.
Really nice and helpful staff. They make you feel very comfortable.
Very efficient, friendly and informative. Can not ask for a better medical experience.
