Incompetent staff. My doctor’s orders (MRI with contrast) were not followed by staff, and met with lackluster response when raised. Staff also can’t fulfill accounting duties properly, as I’ve been sent a mail bill for the entire amount I paid while on sight, of which staff seemed shocked I was able to do. Thankfully I have a receipt. It’s a shame the way service has diminished over the years. I won’t be returning.

The tech was so patient with me. I thought I could handle being in the machine. She stayed by my side reassuring me that it was ok.

The front desk staff is extremely accommodating and has been super helpful throughout the entire process of trying to obtain a MRI scan at the last minute. Top-notch customer service, would recommend this facility to anyone who needs a scan.

I've had multiple MRIs at PR over the past few years. Every time I go, the staff is always very kind. They are open later to accommodate people's different schedules and I definitely appreciate that. The wait typically isn't long, and they usually have a good schedule where you can get in sooner, rather than later. My doctor put in for an MRI with them, and the next day I got a call to schedule it and got and appointment for that evening. I definitely recommend Progressive Radiology's Greenbelt location!
