Thank you for responding, but I want to be clear: this isn’t just a “frustrating administrative process.” It’s not a simple customer service issue. After a suicide attempt, I followed the plan given to me and reached out exactly when I was told to. My texts and request for an appointment went unanswered past the timeframe listed on your own website. Miss Wanda is just the best and the Dr is very understanding with no judgement. He never makes me feel stupid or "crazy" I always leave feeling positive about getting my mental health under control.
I gave an original review of 5 stars, saying how much Sara cared. 5 stars on her availability for sure. I could reach her any time, back when I was her patient. At the time I was suffering from anxiety and the SSRI I was on pooped out. I was suffering, I was depressed because I wanted to feel like myself but I was in a state of panic 24/7. I went to Sara, thinking she was an actual psychiatrist, not a nurse. I was a patient in the summer of 2022 via Zoom. Working with the nurse was nice, but I had a problem with email and billing. I had one appointment in June and one in July. I emailed them mid-July to say I hadn't seen a claim on my insurance nor had I seen a copay on my credit card. I got no response. Finally on August 29, 2022, I was ebilled two copays and I paid them that day. Fast forward to April 2024, I received a bill in my email for my third/final appointment from August 2022.
