Be very careful if you decide to sign with this company and read the contract carefully, especially the termination clauses. Our condominium board, unfortunately, didn't. We weren't happy with the service and found out too late that the contract could only be cancelled *within 60 days of the end of the three year term* or under certain very unusual circumstances. I own a unit in a building that this company managed. They were one of the most infuriating property management companies to work with. As the owner of several properties that are condos, I have never had a company more infuriating with this one. If anyone's condo board is considering services from this company please vote to stay away from them. Jo-Ann is snarky and hard to deal with. Five years ago I began serving on our newly formed Condo Board. Most of us on the board had little or no experience so we felt it was important to retain the service of a good quality property management team. I love dealing with this company! As a condo board member for 15+ years I've dealt with several property managers. The people at Progressive are head and shoulders above the rest! Responsive, professional, knowledgeable, alongside simply being kind, helpful and friendly people. I've seen some really weird/bad reviews online but it's obvious the complaints are from people who don't know **** about managing a condominium!
