I love dealing with this company! As a condo board member for 15+ years I've dealt with several property managers. The people at Progressive are head and shoulders above the rest! Responsive, professional, knowledgeable, alongside simply being kind, helpful and friendly people. I've seen some really weird/bad reviews online but it's obvious the complaints are from people who don't know **** about managing a condominium! I am a realtor, I have done plenty of purchases in the past for condo douments and having the company respond and I have never had a company answer after hours and WOW. This company goes above and beyond answering after hour every question my buyer asks! Never seen this ever in 20 yrs! Would I recomment. Yes!
Remember, you're just a number to them.
They lost our set of keys during some work in our condo building and shrugged it off as “These things happen and we can’t control it. Maybe you should be home next time.” Great response for a property manager, Jo-Anne Syskakis.
