This is what you have to live with at your condos if you sign with progressive management. They do not send care takers ever. Owners of the units pretty much on their own to clean up. They send to get snow removed, but the company they use are super cheap and a fly by night snow removal. They fill the visitor parking up with snow and leave it sitting there all winter. What a joke. I am leaving a review for IRMA, the Housekeeping of the building Village On The Park. I know her for sometime now and I see how she keeps the building spotless, organize and top notch. Irma is very friendly and works with pride. Thank you so much for your dedication.
Do not contact her unless you want an incompetent, ignorant and rude property manager. Christine will leave you alone with your problems and at your own expense: stolen bike in underground parking lot in front of video camera? (your problems, no cooperation); Holes in walls caused by burst pipe from failed water main repair? (live with it for months while she feeds you with promises); Same situation with windows (which is the property manager's responsibility) They have no office, no responsibility, no conscience
Be very careful if you decide to sign with this company and read the contract carefully, especially the termination clauses. Our condominium board, unfortunately, didn't. We weren't happy with the service and found out too late that the contract could only be cancelled *within 60 days of the end of the three year term* or under certain very unusual circumstances.
