Called Joe Monday morning indicating my hot water tank was leaking, but it was not an emergency. He asked me to send a couple of pictures of the water heater and pan which I did. He called me back Monday afternoon indicating he had gotten a tank that would fit in the space and said Chris would be out the next morning with the tank to install it. The plumber came out to my rental condo to fix the toilet, bathroom sink and put in a new water heater, I managed to get everything out of the way in the bathroom but forgot to get a few dishes out of the sink in the kitchen, the guy emptied that dirty water from the basin of the water heater into the sink all over my few dishes, yuck
We haven't done business with this company because they stood us up twice and then stopped taking our calls. Hence, the 1-star review for their inability to communicate effectively or respond to a customer. We were in the process of selling our house and needed the work completed quickly, but their lack of responsiveness and professionalism made that difficult. Case in point, you took 4 years to respond to this review.
