Thank you Phyllis and Progressive Physical Therapy, my ankle feels great! Last spring I stepped in a pothole and severely sprained my ankle. I did the usual ice, elevation and ibuprofen, but I knew I needed to get expert help. I made an appointment with Phyllis, where she examined my ankle and prescribed specific exercises. I did these exercises, which were range of motion, balance and stretching exercises, multiple times a day and they changed weekly. It worked! They are an amazing team and have given me my body back after years of being in a great amount of pain! These people are miracles workers and I will be eternally grateful.
Not only did they give me an amazing recovery from right knee surgery, they also got my left knee working properly for the first time 11 YEARS after its 3 surgeries. Not enough praise!
