I had an ankle injury and needed physical therapy to help me regain my range of motion. Allison and his team have been amazing. Unlike other places, this facility is very hands-on, they tailor my treatment plan each week and push me to do my best so I can recover as quickly as possible. Everyone is super cool and make it enjoyable. I genuinely love going to PT because it has helped me so much, and the positive atmosphere makes me feel supported and motivated. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have Been going to therapy with Brian Martinez At progressive physical therapy Plus in Garden Grove, I am so happy with my therapist and the facility. I have gone for years to multiple therapist and I feel since I’ve been getting therapy with Brian. I have improved a lot.
