I'm a client at progressive php I wanna know when we can start buying things with our food stamps on line at Wal-Mart and have a tech drive us their and pick up our things we order it's not fair we aren't allowed to have this privilege we already can't go to stores or out to McDonald's or Burger King and not all the client's at progressive php can buy from Amazon or Wal-Mart with debit or credit cards and we have to spend the food stamps the state gives us if we don't they will examine our account and Cut us off from th... read more
