My son has Johanna as a speech therapist and she’s so gentle and patient with him she’s amazing and he's doing so much better talking and putting sentences together I would 10/10 recommend her to all of my family and friends
My kids attended this facility for almost a year, and I have nothing but positive things to say about their therapist. They were kind, professional, caring, and truly made a difference in my kids progress. We are very grateful for the support and dedication they provided. Unfortunately, my experience with the billing department was extremely frustrating. I was charged multiple times within the same week when there should have only been 2 charges for two kids. They take advantage of the system—and of parents with children who have special needs. They have excellent therapists, but their policy system is abysmal. If you cancel an appointment due to a genuine emergency, you run the risk of your child suddenly being cut off from therapy overnight; furthermore, if you request a document or a receipt, they act as if you were begging them for handouts.
Shaelyn N. has gone absolutely above and beyond for our son. Truly compassionate, it’s clear she loves what she does. I can’t express what a blessing she has been to our family!
We cannot say enough wonderful things about Mr. Conrad at Progressive Pediatric Therapy. Both of our daughters have been working with him since they were 3 years old, and our oldest is now five. We originally began speech therapy through telehealth after my youngest daughter was born and had a very long NICU stay. I knew my older daughter would greatly benefit from speech services, but I did not want to bring a newborn who had just come home from the NICU into an office setting.
