Bought a 2023 Suzuki SV650. The bike has an issue that when I am coming to a stop I down shift into N. They say for safety not to do that, i've been riding that way for years now. When it's time to go the bike will not shift into 1. I can rock it, double/triple pull the clutch and it will eventually shift. I took it in for the 7500mi service and asked them to look into the shifting issue. The service department told me that they were able to reproduce it and that Suzuki said it wasn't a problem. I would like to thank Brian and his parts department for all the help they provided me. I have a 2013 razor 800 and needed shocks replaced on all four. Polaris no longer manufactures some of the parts I needed. Brian was able to help me order the majority of the parts through Polaris. However, we were short one spring. Brian spent hours searching with other Polaris parts dealers to locate the spring I needed. Brian and his parts department went way above and beyond to help me out and get me back on the trails!
