If I could I would give them less than one star. The owners, they are good people. They have an employee that runs the job who is very rude. This guy was very upset with me pointing out that he painted my expensive solar screens and they did not put them back on correctly. He raised his voice while I was on an important call. I asked him to return and he got more upset. He began cursing at me, all on video. He did not fix the screen that was falling off. I have called them several times over several days and never once got a response. How in the world do these people get any business when they don’t have a live person to take calls, or respond to their messages? Their recorded message claims they will get back to callers promptly. This has not been my experience. If this company ignores attempts at contact with them, this is not a company you want to do business with.
