Great customer service love the staff so nice and helpful
The office will not answer the phone when a patient needs to talk to somebody. The office needs more staff.
Absolutely worse place ever they treat everyone as though if they are an addict not to mention they are constantly switching your meds and then they send so many different meds over that your pharmacist has got to call to see what medication they want you to have worse place ever highly not recommended. Things was ran alot differently when doctor smith was there.he is truly missed .
This place has gotten to be ridiculous since Dr. Smith left the establishment. I was prescribed x3 7.5mg oxycodone and was required to send in a photograph of how many I had. I sent the photo three times and was told they never received it. Left with no medicine to take since I only had a days worth of the medication left. I've been bounced from one medicine to the other. I was offered fentanyl patches and when I made a comment about it killing people it was responded with "No I think it's Oxycodone killing people" I still h... read more
I have always been treated with the upmost respect and they have been very active in helping me with my personal life and pain management. I loved Dr. Tracy when he was there and I like Dr. Jeff Weber. Thank you so much
