Had waited 3 weeks for an appointment today and when I checked in there were 2 other people all scheduled to she the same doctor as me at the exact same time. After 30 minutes I went and asked about it and they said it would be at least 30 more minutes before I would be called back. I had to go back to work so I asked to be rescheduled and they said o it would be the MIDDLE OF APRIL before he has availability. So its my fault he over scheduled and you dont try to work me in. Hello, I deal with lots of pain, due to an emergency lumbar fusion with major nerve damage. Lupus that is not controlled that well. I find it important to let others know when I find a real life changer. There really isn'tanything negative I could ever report. If you have pain and you prefer a doctor and his staff to treat you like every ounce of pain is validated, that you the patient are important then you need to be here. I have been a patient at Progressive Pain and Rehabilitation for several years now, after having been to numerous other doctors and never getting the answers or treatments that I needed. I was in so much pain and my quality of life was diminishing rapidly. I became depressed and anxious all of the time. I was then referred to Dr. Nash who not only took so much time to just listen to me, but genuinely understood what I was going through and how desperate I was for relief. Progressive Pain and Rehabilitation gave me the absolute BEST care I've ever received (I've been to multiple pm providers that just completely dismissed my pain, despitecryingin agonyright in front of their eyes). I'm truly so greatful to have the opportunity to see their assistants for treatment and care for my pain. He has truly given me my life back! I want to say Dr Nash and Brianna are wonderful. Most of the staff are fantastic and I would recommend this office highly. However, if you have a referral you need to bring a copy with you. Seems they don’t receive them or donor want to look for them. I gave her the date it was sent and referral number but she immediately said you need to send me a copy, did not want to look in their file for it even tho when it was sent the office called me to schedule my appt the same day it was sent.
