Karen and her employees are the best. Karen bends over backwards to help you find what you want. If you have a problem with your sled you would swear she's a mechanic with years of experience because most of the time she can tell you what's wrong.
We just purchased two sleds, awesome experience. Karen and her staff made it so easy and enjoyable thank you.
