Very good over the years, but must add that they have reduced the staff and had a lot of turn over. I think it has really effected the quality of care they provide. I have had prescriptions called in wrong twice, visiting PA's come to fill in so a little disjointed. I have been moved to see someone different on my last two visits. I do still like the program and will continue. I would like to see the small things improved like just having someone answer the phone when you call and not have to leave a message. I went to this clinic for 6 months, and learned a lot - especially during a complimentary visit with a visiting naturopath. However, I experienced very few (if any) results after spending thousands of dollars on multiple tests, supplements, and visits. I'm grateful for what I've learned, but still searching for what will solve my GI issues and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. (One of these stars belongs entirely to Nicole, the receptionist! She's wonderful!)

The staff was very warm and welcoming as well. Lauren was very thorough and answered all of my crazy questions. Melissa was awesome in explaining the insurance coverage and patiently going through the vitamin prices. They made me feel very comfortable and I look forward to recommending them to everyone I know!

I have been to other doctors for bio-identical hormones in the past and the treatment does not compare to the care I have received at Balanced Hormones & Health. From the warm welcome from Whitney to the attention to detail paid by Aaron Brown regarding insurance and co-pays to the fabulous explanations from Julie Brown, I couldn't be happier. On top of all that, I'm starting to feel better too. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and the environment exudes comfort as well. Emails are answered quickly and with care. Going to... read more
