My husband and I were renting a place from them in Pace earlier this year and we ended up breaking our lease halfway through. There were no penalties and it was such an easy process to move out I didn’t believe it at first. The team was understanding and helpful. While we lived there Seth the maintenance guy was communicative and helpful.

Past management (Progressive Management) at these appartments was excellent, organized, understanding and cooperative. Lynrd is the new management, they are extremely ill organized with both handling money, and payments. Less likely to work with you. Apartment prices went up due to, apparently, "remodeling". Nothing in the apartment itself is changed or redesigned. Past management had no restriction on breeds. Lynrd says no "aggressive breeds" but doesn't specify.
