If you don't have Progressive 'management' company involved where you live, be thankful. When I say they're useless, I mean USELESS. They don't return calls, emails and when you go in their office, they act stupid......maybe it's not an act though. They took over management of my neighborhood and when they introduced themselves, they said they were going to do this/that and enforce rules and get the neighborhood looking good, it looks WORSE. This is the worst property management company ever! I use to do commercial property management for a living several years ago. No one takes responsibility for their properties to the customer service reverts to bullying as a tactic, doesn't matter if your only involved to collect the money. No one will call you back if you do talk to someone they pass the buck. The owner was suppose to call me now twice and no call. I pay probably their highest rent with no issues on my end but have everything happen on their end. And I get ... read more
