Almost everytime I’ve dealt with them has been great minus the first call where the rep said she updated all my info and that they would call back but she never did so it looked like I was ignoring them. My most recent interaction was with Iman (sorry if it’s spelt wrong) but she was incredible and sweet. I rarely write reviews but she deserved a shout out for her amazing customer service.

Don’t lease from here if you aren’t careful. They didn’t let me read the contract and just made me sign the contract. They are teaming up with Helzberg Diamonds in arrowhead and they scammed me.

I paid $342 for a $1300 guitar because they violated their own lease agreement when they tried to collect two payments five days apart I tried to get it fixed while it was still a pending charge on my account but the customer service people were rude and instead of getting a supervisor because they didn't have a script to allow for progressive leasing to violate the agreement Although I got a great deal on a guitar, I can't recommend them because they tried to steal my grocery money and they don't care if I starve to death

No professionalism just a waste of time. These folks can't give any information. And it takes weeks to verify. The worst company to deal with

Do not support this company I was working. For them and almost died I had to have life saving surgery and they fired me. They basically said I should have died rather than miss work. 1 day I missed and they fired me. Even thought I provided paperwork and it was out of my control I would have died I was rushed from one hospital to another and immediately operated on to save my life and this company fired me
