Hice una compra de 1600 y ya pagué 2000 y les marqué para saber mi saldo y me dicen que todavía les debo 1200 esta es una compañía muy ratera asi que les recomiendo que no compren nada con ellos

I’m quite shocked and disappointed, and this may very well be the last time that I use progressive, which I’m very sad to say, as I have used them repeatedly for many high priced items. I purchased a snowblower that was delivered to me damaged by Lowe’s, assuming that it was superficial damage for which I was compensated with a discount by Lowe’s. Almost everytime I’ve dealt with them has been great minus the first call where the rep said she updated all my info and that they would call back but she never did so it looked like I was ignoring them. My most recent interaction was with Iman (sorry if it’s spelt wrong) but she was incredible and sweet. I rarely write reviews but she deserved a shout out for her amazing customer service.

Don’t lease from here if you aren’t careful. They didn’t let me read the contract and just made me sign the contract. They are teaming up with Helzberg Diamonds in arrowhead and they scammed me.
