Unresponsive to calls regarding poor service, often doesn't trim, misses areas when mowing. I do not recommend this company for HOAs. 8/21/ 25 -Since this original post, service has greatly improved. I would now rate the service at 4.0

Can't say enough how great Progressive Landscaping and Ivan have been to work with! We had our entire backyard re-graded, sodded, and mulched in addition to cleanup in the front of our house from a sewer main project that destroyed our front yard. Ivan and his crew worked so hard and it was a great value for what we paid! My yard has never looked better in the back, and you would never be able to tell that anything had ever been torn up in the front. Truly exceptional service!
Asked from them to come down to give an estimate for lawnmowing on a newly constructed house. They gave me dates and times but never came and never heard back.
Had them come out to quote an irrigation system in backyard. After numerous follow-ups, never did receive the quote or a response.
