Progressive told me that their "internal file" says that I have had a suspended license for the past 5 years which is completely untrue and has been charging me a higher rate because of this. I tried to call and talk to someone but the supervisor was VERY RUDE and blamed everything on me. As a result i have been paying roughly an extra $25 a month for the past 5 years and with all the rate hikes and everything, I have been a customer for the past 5 years and this is how they treated me, DO NOT USE PROGRESSIVE!!!! don’t go by what they say, they told me my policy would be $215 a month moving forward and i just got a bill for $257
literally canceled my auto insurance without notification very unprofessional
