Worse customer service I’ve ever dealt with been over 65 days on a claim and still nothing
Do not use progressive in leitchfield ky. They are awful to deal with. And the deductible is insane. Full coverage is a lie. I do not recommend them. State Farm is better.
Would not recommend very expensive I paid $700+ for insurance and I got in an accident and had full coverage still fighting to get me car repaired this company is scam

Please stay away. Progressive is a nightmare when you actually need it. Rates are competitive but only if you are paying for nothing. On April 4th of this year, I hit a pothole in my 2023 mini cooper convertible. I initially tried to avoid going through insurance to not raise my premiums, so I took my car to J&S in Clarksville, tn and was told my strut was busted.
