Wow... Hit by a drunk driver insured by Progressive six months ago and my SUV is still not repaired after they have taken full responsibility when the accident happened!!!
This company does not pay the repair shops the going rate and makes you buy non factory parts
My claims representative Angela Hurtado is impossible to get ahold of. She doesn’t respond to any calls or emails. For weeks I have been attempting to contact her with no response. Recently, I have been contacting customer service, as they are able to see if they are at their desk and message them directly. On numerous occasions Angela has told the representative that she will be calling me later in the day, to no avail. If my experience changes I will update my review, but I’m not holding my breath.
