I got to have a NLP (nuero linguistic programming ) session with Kristin and just WOW. I knew it would be powerful but I did not know how deep this process had the capability of going. Kristin held a safe space for me and explained every step of the way. She also answered any questions I had willingly and with care. When I first came to Kristin, I wanted to make sure I got a whole body massage, not just one area. That is good for her too, as she was able to learn my particular issues. Then one day I came in in tears because I had a spasm that was the most back pain ever - included shoulder, thoracic and even my right arm was totally involved. I still got attention to my whole body but she went over-time working the specific issues and it helped a lot but this pain was intense. If you have any muscular issues, she will do everything in her power to relieve you. She is amazing. She is educated in her profession and puts you at complete ease on her table.
