NEW HEAT PUMP NOT WORKING PROPERLY – Still waiting to hear from Progressive after they said they were coming to our home to perform some pressurized test to determine where this unit is already leaking freon after 2 seasons of use!!! Front panel removed by 1st repairman showed coils bent which they said came from the factory like that????? They're very indifferent about re-placing/repairing our heat pump.......but we, the consumer, have to pay the electric bill after it ran last month for hours on end to cool not to mention ... read more
