I am not pleased with this ER after been charged over $1300. I was been checked for everything but what I came in for. I had numbness in my left arm and was having faint spells. No EKG or no troponin done. I was checked for a uti & constipation. They forgot I was in the room & skip all over me. I came in at 9 left at almost 3am to not even get treated for what I was there for. I do know the wait is longer at the ER but thats ridiculous. I wasn’t given a IV or nothing. Very friendly They fill my prescriptions in a timely manner. They make sure that they have the correct patient's medications.
My son was seen on today. From the check-in desk to the first greetings of the nurses,x-ray tech,and Dr. everything was awesome. The Dr. and nurses were so sweet and EVERYONE was nice and caring. From the care, to the concerns,and the explanation of everything they were awesome..
