I had an appointment with Dr. Bruce Pinker, DPM and I arrived 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork and after I waited for over an hour the doctor still did NOT show up. I consistently asked the receptionist, Julianna, for his ETA and she kept saying “soon”. The disrespect from my time, the indefinite wait time, and lack of professionalism is extremely unacceptable. It's important patients verify their own insurance information and not rely on the office. During my visits to see Dr. Carswell, I was told he was out-of-network and paid $200 total out of pocket. After paying through my FSA, I received a notification about acquiring receipts to verify the payments. When I called the office, the receptionist was abrupt and said she would mail me the receipts. I’ve been coming to Progressive Foot Care for about 2 months getting therapy for my feet and I’ve noticed a major improvement. The staff is very friendly as well which I greatly appreciate. After experiencing foot pain for about 2 years I’m finally feeling relief.
