As some one with foot issues finding someone who is patient understanding and knowledgeable with a great patient side manner is hard to find. Dr. Hesam “Sam” Naenifard and staff at Progressive feet Springfield have been great to work with. Recommend this to anyone who truly wants to get better and have questions answered. Would totally recommend for patience, facility access and knowledge shared during my recovery process.
My son was treated at the Springfield location, and the doctor was responsive, professional, and attentive. Our experience with the medical care itself was excellent. The reason for my 1-star rating is the billing and communication from the office. I was overcharged by $200 and have made every effort to resolve the issue. I've sent emails, called four times, and left multiple messages. I was told the overcharge would be corrected by the next billing cycle, but it never was.
