I had a good experience and didn’t run into any problems. I arrived a bit early and was seen before my appointment time , my wait time was surprisingly quick. The staff are so accommodating, Professional, polite and very knowledgeable. 5 stars
Awful responsiveness and customer service. I have called them 5x or more regarding a question. I’ve left call back requests and heard nothing. I’ve been placed on hold by people who talk faster than cars at the Daytona 500 and hung up on after waiting 20 mins on hold. Not sure why this place has 4.8 stars. Definitely has not been my experience
I went for a appointment to have my orthotics looked at because they feel uneven causing inner foot pain. I came in for an appointment and asked to use the restroom before my exam. I was told there restroom was out of order. I was to by a staff member to go ask other office in the building to use their restroom or go to the McDonalds. I have mobility issues due to medical issue and didn’t feel it was good customer service. The medical assistant could have asked or directed me to another office in them building.
