Positive experience at the Pittsford location. Dr. Deol explained every step of the root canal procedure. Then kept letting me know which step he was at. They performed an xray before and after to check the root canal. Getting novican is never fun, but it wasn't bad.
I was referred here by my dentist because I needed a root canal. I have bad anxiety when it comes to just a cleaning, so I was very nervous for this root canal. I had called to schedule it and booked it for just under a week later. I had a deep cavity in my molar taken care of by my dentist. Due to its depth, a little over a year later it became infected, i dont blame my dentist, it was a bad cavity and they were honest that it was a bit of a hail mary to save the tooth and avoid a root canal at the time. I was so impressed with the doctor and the staff here. Everyone was so kind and professional. They turned what I presumed to be a scary experience into a quick, in and out procedure. I would highly recommend this office to anyone!
Dr deol was awesome. It was my first time getting a root canal. And this was one of the most painless things I've ever had done. He explained everything from start to finish
