Over estimated his skill level maybe a good concrete guy but not time management
A few minutes after Progressive had finished the job and left, a couple pulled up in their car (complete strangers to me) and remarked what a wonderful job the cement contractor had done on our steps. I can't think of a better recommendation!
Fast, polite and knowledgeable.
Overall I cannot say that I am too displeased with the end product. For a very pretty penny I gave Mike a huge job: a newly poured garage, driveway, sidewalk, back patio, and a full second story deck in trex. The issue is that I gave Mike a lot of business and I don't feel like he treated it like a bigger job. I am just a single homeowner and this was no project for a professional business, but the end product was not top notch. Progressive Driveway & Concrete LLC is a top-notch company -- very professional, reasonably priced, courteous, knowledgeable, tidy, and punctual. They thought outside of the boxed and came up with creative, beautiful solutions to help maintain a sustainable planet without adding a lot of unnecessary materials to the projects.
Project down quickly, special and changing design requirements were accommodated. Concrete and finish is good quality.
