BIG BOSS has very sensitive blood pressure so be careful what you say
Really good service, I had a large garage door with cut cables that was wedged shut and off the tracks, with no man door to get inside. I had another company come out he looked at it and walked away but progressive doors fixed it up for a reasonable price I appreciate it so much thanks.
The spring on our garage door broke. I called and they were able to fix it that same day. Great service at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.
Purchased top of the line opener last year. A year later, it stops working. called to have it serviced. Serviceman said the sensor near the floor was slightly bent so it would not line up with the adjacent sensor for door to work. Charged me $79 for the service call and then $33 IN LABOR TO UNBEND THE METAL SENSOR BY HAND!!!!! (maybe 3 seconds of work)
