Product purchased: Emerstone Carrara Gold Quartz We had a fabulous and simple experience picking out our kitchen countertops! Scott and Susan were extremely helpful in the ordering and scheduling and the man who came to measure was so thoughtful in explaining what we needed to do(take out old backsplash and replace Sheetrock) to correctly measure for the best long-lasting product. The no maintenance of the quartz option was a no brainer for us and we were very pleased with the price!

We had an appointment with Gina and she was so great. Our experience was so personal and we left feeling really good about choosing Progressive Dimensions over Home Depot or Lowe’s. Each employee we spoke with in addition to Gina was extremely friendly.
We decided mid-project we needed a quartz tub surround, and I was referred to Progressives. The staff stayed late to accommodate me after hours since I worked late, and I dealt with Kelly M. in the showroom. She was beyond helpful and easy to work with. This is our 3rd counter top with Progressive Dimensions, wouldn’t go anywhere else. Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Kelly seems to know exactly what I’m looking for. The installers are awesome. And I love Chris too.
We had a great experience with them. Purchased cabinets elsewhere and after installation there was going to be a 2 month wait for countertop to come in. Went to progressive and they sent us up to warehouse in lakewood and we selected slab. Within a week they came out to make template had us in for layout and came on time to install. Additionally price was substantially lower then first contractor. The also called before arrival and arrived on time.
The product and people were great but if you are expecting a short turn around, forget it. From the time I called for measurements until installation, it was over 3 weeks, and the day of installation, they finally got to my house after 5:30pm to install the counter. Maybe they have too many builders to take care of instead of home buyers?
