Friendly, fast, professional, and a local small business! The urgent care used a quick test - said our daughter "had a virus and to wait it out". We went to Progressive - had lab results the same day (use their telehealth for the test order). It turned out to be a bacterial respiratory infection - treatable with antibiotics - and was back in school the next day. I now get my routine cholesterol / glucose / blood tests at Progressive Diagnostics. Great mission too as they support local mental health programs.
Do not use. They just don’t get you timely results. Been two days already and nothing from them. (Thanks for the response, but that’s not what every person who works for you that I had spoken to says offline. I called that customer service line half a dozen times this weekend trying to sort it out and was told you had a database error. They said they would try to get me my results manually, but then ghosted me. Also, I called again this morning to get my results posted, and haven't heard back yet.
