It would be a huge mistake for anybody to work with this company. Rich is THE WORST excavation contractor we have ever worked with.
Title: Unreliable Service and Poor Communication Review: We hired Rich to crush our current septic tank and run a sewer line for the back of our house to connect to the street. Initially, he started with a mini-ho but then brought in a full track ho, which was unnecessarily large for the job. Rich saved the day for us!! We are building a sunroom, our contractor hit a rock and stopped the work. Rich gave us a quotation instantly, which was very reasonable, came in within 4 days, and finished the work in one day. He called the town and pulled a favor for us with the inspector to come in the same day and with that saved us money on renting equipment for an extra day.
