I have spent over 10 thousand dollars in this office and recently have had to have one of my bridges redone and I was running late for an appointment and now they are making me suffer with a temp bridge that was altered not done correctly and is hurting me and they are making me suffer because of lateness! Ruining all the years of braces the temp is pushing my teeth and hurting me and they don’t care are just brushing me off! So crazy , after this is resolved I’m leaving this dentist office, staff is rude as well !
Extremely friendly, accommodating, place to have your teeth cared for. I haven't ever had a dentist that had office hours starting at 7 AM. I had no troubles making an appointment. The wait is not like other dentist offices where you'll wait 15 or more minutes after your appointment was supposed to start. This was surprisingly pleasant experience.
Both the dentist Dr Blanchard and the dental hygienist were awesome once again in getting a root canal done on 03/09/2026. I have been going to Progressive Dentist for over 40 years, and I have never had any complaints against them, or have been treated unfairly...I plan to go to this practice for a very long time into the future.... Dr. Blanchard has a friendly attitude and a personality to match, and as always has a smile on his face with a sense of humor too...which makes going to the dentist a happy event.... Always pleasant from walking in the door until walking out! I use Endwell & Kirkwood. Absolutely rave about the staff, their conduct, their smiles. I recently have had a bit of a scare, which is not over, very thankful for Dr. Morcos (Oral surgeon) and the entire staff compassion. And I can't forget my amazing Hygienist, Kelly. Thank you all so much.
I have had great care at the Endwell facility. I couldn’t ask for better service I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
