I have never been to a place with so many nice employees. The dentist is great and the staff is too. Great communication. I highly recommend Progressive Dental Arts Christiana.
Can't seem to keep dentist at this location. Previously gave 5 stars but things have changed.
The receptionist there have no idea of what they’re doing. They try to bill you even though your insurance covers the whole bill.
Glad we made the switch! Even with the 90 minute commute to the office it’s well worth it. Everyone is extremely nice and personable! Angela, Ryan, and Dr Voughan were fantastic!!
The receptionist isn’t doing her job properly. After my annual checkup, she told me there was no payment, but three months later, I received a $200 bill. She doesn’t check what’s included in your plan and what’s not, so it’s better to verify everything yourself before going for a checkup.
