The Spotsylvania agent, Robert G. Donovan has been unethical in his dealings with us, including misrepresenting the seller as being a separate business (he owns it), defaulting on a contract, refusing to release earnest money when he defaulted, and trying to intimidate everyone involved in the process, including us, by threats of legal action, despite being the one in default. Stay away from this man and his business!
