RecommendedThis is a GREAT company. I called on Memorial Day Weekend because my mom’s basement flooded. Mike and his team were there the same day. They worked with her insurance explained the process and kept my 85 yr old Mother in the loop. It took a couple of days to pump out the water and dispose of all the destroyed items. I can’t say enough about Mike and his team. The have been cleaning my carpets at home for 25 year or so!!
I discovered that my basement was flooding at 6 am from a failed sump pump. My Plumber recommended Mike's group. By 11am their crew was at my home helping me to move furniture. They pulled the padding and the basement was dried quickly. He communicated with the insurance company and worked to get me the best solution for flooring in the basement. Mike was top notch and thorough after basement water invasion!! He took excellent care of us, punctual and responsive! His crew worked hard and fast to save our brand new carpet. He measured moisture levels, dried out our basement in 4 days, removed and replaced carpet padding, steam cleaned and replaced baseboards! Very impressive and affordable.
Not only did Progressive Carpet Cleaners make my couch look like new, but they came back and did the back cushions that I had not realized weee still packed in a box. They were so kind about it. These are the guys to use for any of your needs!

We have off white carpet and a large dog not exactly a great combination. Mike and his team have kept this carpet looking brand new for many years. they are always on time and courteous and do an exceptional job ! I highly recommend them !!
